Summer Vacation

Every two years the Elsberrys meet in Branson for a Big Ol Shindig!

This, was two years ago . . .
(blug!  Thank goodness for postbaby weight loss)

And these are the two babies that came out of these cousins tummies . . .
Born just about a month apart!

And these four were the best of friends two years ago!

and they loved each other just as much this year!

We had the best time hanging out with the people that love you know matter what!  I am blessed to have such an awesome family!

All the Elsberry's minus 6.  Someday we will all be together.

 My AMAZING dad!

All the great grands at the reunion.

Great grands with the greatest of grands!

The four brothers and sisters . . .

With the woman that started it all . . .

Don't you just love vacation naps?!?!?

We had A LOT of pool time!

And some great time in the lake!

We really had the best time.  Too bad it only happens every two years.

Then we headed to Indiana to spend a couple days with the Chupps.  Caroline did a great job in the car the entire trip.

The boys had a blast swimming in the pond.

Tomorrow, we are headed back to Dell for this little girl to have surgery on her spine.

I've decided that I won't say anymore that she has had her last surgery because clearly I'm not in control.  We should be in the hospital for 3-4 days.  Please pray that the surgery will be smooth and go exactly as planned.  Pray please for the surgeons working on her, that it will go without complications and the recovery will be quick.  The boys could probably use some prayers too!

We love that we are part of your family. We look so forward to the times we can be together to love on each other, pray for each other and catch up. I am very motivated to start working on the 2013 summer vacation in the mountains.
Be assured of our prayers for little Caroline as she has surgery tomorrow. I know you know this but GOD loves Caroline more than you do and that is very hard to wrap our brains around. HE will take care of her. We are holding on with you as you get through this next round. One of these days it will be her last surgery - but you are right - HE only knows. So - we are sending much love to all of you.
